2008 BUDGET

Update:
Look like the 2008 budget is not so favourable for us the wage earners
- No cut in tax rate for personal tax
- No increase in tax relief for children under schooling
but it helps in;
- tax relief up to RM5,000 for post graduate course enrollment
- free textbook and abolishment of annual fees for primary and secondary school student

Talking about the Budget Report 2008, we're likely to have good new from government on this 7th September. Many observers expected our goverment will give a cut into personal tax rate and few incentives that will benefited more to middle income earners. It supposed become a good move at the right time since our Consumer Price Index (CPI) is getting high and high since our government servants enjoy the salaries adjustment recently.
